Hey, just popped in to help with the confusion. Sorry about that mix-up. The TRO:3063 is a fan-produced publication. At about this point most people (a) sneer or (b) hurl when they see the word 'fan'. But as you can see, we are trying mightily to get everything in the TRO up to snuff. That includes commissioning art for the designs from people who know what they are doing.

Visit http://battletechreader.blogspot.com/ to get updates on our progress, as well as sneak previews of the art we will feature.

Regards,

Hey David, thanks for the clarification. The art is amazing it really does look like it could go in a Catalyst TRO. Had me going that's for sure!

Can't wait to see more of it!

Hi. thanks for the link! I changed the title because I was contacted by the Classic Battletech people and it turns out the book I created these for is not an official product. I made some assumptions about the person who hired me and I ended up being wrong. I wasn't intentionally mislead by that person so there isn't any real problem except the CBT folks didn't want me to list that I was affiliated with them when I really wasn't. I hacked out the blog post from my iPhone so I didn't bother typing some huge explanation. I'll probably annotate it later when I have more time. I just saw a hit to my blog from your site so I followed it here and thought I would clarify.

So the 3063 is not official. Sorry for any inconvenience to anyone regarding this mistake!

Cheers!
