Figor,

Here are two great examples of the 2 inch green mat I have:

http://www.scrapyardarmory.com/2011/01/21/the-fall-of-atreus/
http://www.scrapyardarmory.com/2009/05/12/bullet-in-the-blue-sky/

The first link I used regular miniatures while in the second link, I am using MechWarrior minis on homemade 2 inch bases.

The space map above is doublesided and includes 1.5 inch and 1 inch heses. I got a smaller size for the space mat because you need lots more hex space to run around when you use aero ranges.

Thks Brian, i`m not afraid of a potential wait if the product is fine.

I was thinking about playing using a 2" hex mat or a 1´75" one. Do you have images playing on your 2" hex mat? and, which size is this nebula mat?

Figor, I love the end product that Hotz delivers but they have been flaky in the past with on time deliveries. If you are not afraid of a potential wait, they are absolutely fantastic.

I would recommend a little bigger hex than standard. It will allow for more room to fit larger or more awkwardly posed miniatures. I use the 2" hexes and have really enjoyed then.

Hi from Spain...

I´ve been thinking about buying a standard matt from Hotz to play BT and make some scenography. Do you recommend me it? Which scale could be better? the standard BT hex or a little bigger?

Thks

I got all 4 books in PDF, but I'm a returning BTech player and only played 2nd Edition about 9 years ago. Even then we only played with mechs. I'm deprived :( I wanna fire a capitol laser!

Wow, is that thing as big as I think it is? It's amazing compared to what me and my buddies play on. I made a 2x2 board that has sand glued onto it texture and then its painted in brown and green for dirt and grass. And we play mini rules on top of that so the fighting is very quick, even with a lot of scenery on the board. But that thing... is... huge... We don't know aerospace rules but looking at that makes me want to learn. :)
