Got a new set of tokens I designed. I didn't like litko's so I made my own. They are smaller and simpler. I think it looks better and each one is about the size of a standard hex side to make things simple and easy.

check them out and let me know what you all think.

I can never remember if it's wet erase, or dry erase... I have the sneaking suspicion though that any kind of marking (even sharpie) tended to be very impermanent.

That's a niffty idea Ian. What did you use to mark them? Do dry erase markers work well?

I did a quick check at Litko and a 10-Pack of 1.25" hex bases costs only $6.74. Not bad at all. I think I might pick up some.

Thanks Ian!

Not long ago my friend and I started using a set of Litko customized 1.25" clear hex bases for keeping track of building CF. When a building took damage we would record it's new CF on a clear token and drop it on the corresponding building hex. We found it was not only a little more convenient but you could also be more subtle with using building CF to plan your moves (opposed to checking a chart or worse, asking the person keeping track of the CF for a particular building).
